Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Freelancio, you confirm that: You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions. You agree to comply with all rules, policies, and guidelines outlined herein.

1. Eligibility
1.1 Users must be 18 years or older to use the platform.
1.2 Users must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

2. Role of the Platform
2.1 Freelancio is an intermediary connecting freelancers with clients.
2.2 We do not employ freelancers nor act as an agency.
2.3 Contracts are made directly between freelancers and clients.
3. User Responsibilities
Freelancers must:
3.1 Provide honest details about their skills, experience, and availability.
3.2 Deliver work as per agreed terms, deadlines, and quality standards.
3.3 Maintain professional communication with clients.
Clients must:
3.4 Provide clear project descriptions, budgets, and timelines.
3.5 Make timely payments for work completed as per agreement.
3.6 Communicate any revisions or concerns promptly.
4. Payments & Fees
4.1 All payments must be processed through the platform’s secure payment system.
4.2 Platform fees or commissions will be deducted as per the chosen plan.
4.3 The platform is not responsible for payments made outside the platform.
4.4 Refunds or adjustments will be handled as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
5.1 Posting or sharing false, misleading, or offensive content.
5.2 Engaging in fraud, spam, or unauthorized solicitation.
5.3 Bypassing the platform for direct payments without platform consent.
5.4 Using the platform for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
5.5 Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination permanently.
6. Dispute Resolution
6.1 Disputes should be first resolved directly between freelancer and client through open communication.
6.2If unresolved, either party can raise a dispute with the platform.
6.3 The platform will review evidence and may issue a final decision, which will be binding.
6.4 The platform is not liable for losses or damages beyond the scope of the disputed amount.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 All work produced by freelancers belongs to the client after full payment.
7.2 Freelancers may retain portfolio rights only if agreed upon by the client.
7.3 Users must not infringe copyrights or use unlicensed materials.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 The platform is not responsible for delays, project failures, loss of data, or damages caused by any user.
8.2 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8.3 Users agree to use the platform at their own risk.
9. Account Termination
9.1 Users may close their account anytime.
9.2 The platform may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent
9.3 activity, or misuse.
9.4 Termination does not remove obligations for outstanding payments or disputes.
10. Modifications to Terms

11. Governing Law
